This store is the home for all merchandise purchases. All physical items may come with a gift code for digital items but are not what you are purchasing. When something is purchased you are buying that item. Not the gift/bonus item that may come with it as an extra.
Stickers by them self are able to refunded. The process to do so is the following. You must contact the owner - firstname.lastname@example.org - Subject Line - Requesting Refund. Please provide the order number and item sku you are returning. I will then ask you to send the product back to me via mail. I will not pay for return postage. Once the item has come back in the same condition it was sent I will charge you a $1.50 for a processing fee. The remainder of your money will be refunded. Also as a side note. Any shipping paid will not be refunded as well.
Stickers w/ Bonus Items:
If you are trying to get a refund for your Sticker w/ a bonus item. The process to do so is the following. You must contact the owner - email@example.com - Subject Line - Requesting Refund. Please provide the order number and item sku you are returning. The bonus item must have not been used. Once the item is used the ability to return the item for a full refund is void. If you still want to return the sticker for some money. 1 Sticker is $1. So your max refund per sticker is $1. This again is assuming the sticker comes back in the same condition it was sent in. Also I will not pay return shipping that is on you.
